Booking and Availability

Please email bookings@thewellheeledhippy.com if you require to see a copy of the contract. Contracts are sent at point of booking.

On booking. Booking/ reservation fees are non refundable. Should you cancel the booking OVER 30 days prior to your trip, any additional monies paid will be refunded. Canceling UNDER 30 days prior to your trip, the full fee of the trip is non refundable. 

Credit notes are issued at the discretion of The Well Heeled Hippy and the below rules apply. 

On the occasion that we offer a credit note from a booking canceled within 30 days, the following rules apply. Credit notes for such late cancelations are at the discretion of The Well Heeled Hippy. 

• The credit note cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• The credit note will not include the booking fee or if offered from a booking through an agent, the commission to the agent will be deducted also. CC fees will also be deducted. 
• Credit notes cannot be used on weekends or holidays  unless the booking is a min of 5 nights. For 3 nights, the booking must be between Monday and Thursday. 
• Credit notes can only be used in relation to our minimum night policy
• Credit notes cannot be split into multiple bookings. 
• Credit notes can be offered as gifts to a third party though the third party does need to pass the insurance criteria and the booking will need to be in their name 
• Valid for 2 years from date of original booking. 
• T's and C's apply to insurance criteria or the credit note is void.  

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. 
• Each voucher will not include the additional credit card fees and taxes at basket
• Any remaining credit on the voucher cannot be returned for cash or used at another time.
• Only one voucher per booking can be redeemed. 
• Vouchers can be used in conjunction with any seasonal offers. 
• Valid for 2 years from date of original purchase.
• T's and C's apply to insurance criteria or the credit note is void. 
• Vouchers are non refundable from date of purchase.
